The customer contacted us due to a malfunctioning drain. We demoed the shower and concrete. After the plumber fixed the drainage issue, I completed the project by installing new insulation, waterproof backerboard, and then I tiled the shower with beautiful 12"x 24" porcelain tiles. The end result was a stunning, functional space, and the customer was extremely happy with the transformation.
